Center for Teaching and Learning aims to lead the spread of the learner-centered learning-teaching approach at TED University. In line with this goal, our center aims to contribute to the development of learning processes and teaching, and to support the use of research-based and innovative programs, practices and approaches.
Our Center;
- Plans, implements, monitors and evaluates activities that support the professional development of full and part-time lecturers at TEDU.
- Organizes an integration program for newly appointed lecturers and research assistants at TEDU.
- Organizes trainings to improve the teaching skills of newly appointed research assistants at TEDU.
- Conducts programs to support the learning processes and academic development of its students.
- Conducts quality research aimed at improving teaching; supports the planning and execution of services that will improve learning and teaching by sharing the research results with the relevant academic and administrative units.
- Provides consultancy services within the scope of the activity areas of the center.
- Evaluates the services offered by the center and gives direction to the future work of the center.
Our center attaches importance to the fact that all the services it provides are in line with the vision and mission of TEDU, adhered to professional and ethical principles, open to development and innovation, and suitable for the needs of lecturers and students.
