Coursera Integration at TEDU

Coursera integration at TEDU is an institutional teaching model that enriches courses with digital learning content through the voluntary participation of different faculties each academic term. The university currently holds 955 Coursera licenses, which are allocated across faculties through a balanced distribution process based on semester planning. Approximately 100 courses are integrated with Coursera content each term, enabling students to access relevant modules through their TEDU email accounts. As part of their coursework, students complete selected Coursera courses, allowing them to combine internationally recognized learning materials with the academic structure of their TEDU courses.

TEDU’s Coursera licensing framework is based on an institutional model that ensures a balanced distribution of licenses according to the needs of different faculties. Licenses are allocated through inter-faculty coordination during each planning cycle, ensuring that the integration needs of individual departments and courses are met. This approach is further supported by intensive seasonal implementations, particularly through the Winter and Summer Programs. The Winter Program offers a more structured and condensed learning experience, while the Summer Program provides students with greater flexibility in scheduling and completing Coursera courses. Through these initiatives, TEDU implements a sustainable model of digital learning that is both integrated into the curriculum and extended throughout the academic year.
